RAI Decisions is a website for people diagnosed with intermediate risk thyroid cancer. We created this website to provide information about radioactive iodine (RAI) treatment.

After surgery to remove the thyroid, people with intermediate risk papillary or follicular thyroid cancer, also called differentiated thyroid cancer, may choose to have RAI treatment or not have RAI treatment.

The RAI Decisions website has information and activities to help you make a decision that is right for you.
